    > Application Form.

2. Please submit the online
    application for HoD/ Dean/
    Director's recommendation.

3. Please apply early to avoid
    disappointment as places are
    limited.

Important:
Certificate of attendance will be issued to participants who attend a minimum of 75% of the training.
